Armando Gonsalves was invited as a panelist to talk at the Memorial Foundation of Sir Mathany Saldanha onthe topic “Tourism in Goa: Are We Heading in the Right Direction?”. He joined him on the panel were widely published Writer and Photographer, Vivek Menezes; the then Tourism Director, Ameya Abhyankar among others.
