Soon after Times of India was done with their campaign, and there being no response whatsoever from Mr. Parrikar nor the opposition leaders, we at Goa ForGiving came up with the 'I Can' campaign, wherein children and the general public made a point that People Power can do wonders. The I Can campaign was to show that people power can do wonders.
